This planet is beautiful and also very scary. Any island is a former volcano. Near any volcano is a possible earthquake. In NJ we have been having stronger than normal Earthquakes. Japan just had a 6. We had a 4.5. Its very interesting. Stay safe!

Works very quickly. Not ideal but pot took forever. Both heat plastic which is the sin of any method.

@@JasonRamosNJ it’s not just the plastic at issue. It’s definitely preferable to put it in a glass container and heat that…but what’s the rush? Just boil water, wait until it cools off to around 140, or use ~105° hot faucet water if you have a small honey container, and put the water level just above that of the honey level. Let it sit for 5-20 minutes depending on on the level of crystallization, up to an hour or so for large containers. I’ve had to do this for an hour multiple times with large gallon size honey containers. Anyway the microwave issue is it superheats small areas and fails to adequately heat others. Thats just how microwaves work. You lose all the good enzymes in honey if you heat it too much, which microwaves do. Dont go above around 105 for small containers or 130ish for large honey containers. And regularly shake it or stir it, and regularly open the top to allow humidity to escape.
